The "Residence Terrabianca" was inaugurated in 2007. It is really the place where you can relax and enjoy a holiday immersed into

from the beaches of Giulianova and Tortoreto, and it is near to supermarkets and many restaurants. In the complex there are three
apartments: two of them are situated on the ground floor ("G"), the last is located on the second floor ("U").
The type "G"
apartments have an area of more than 80 sq. m., they consist of two bedrooms that can host up to four or five guests, a spacious
living room with a cooking area and a bathroom. The apartment type "U" has an area of 50 sq. m. and consists of a large double
bedroom and one more room with a single bed, a large living room with cooking area and bathroom. All apartments have centralized
heating and are elegantly furnished with a refrigerator freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, gas stove with oven, TV and safe deposit box. Each apartment has its own independent entrance. The two apartments on the ground floor also have a porch of at least
30 sq. m. furnished with tables and chairs. The "Residence Terrabianca", although situated in the open countryside is yet surrounded
by a big garden rich with plants and flowers and also with a large attractive swimming pool (10x5 m.), furnished with sun loungers,
deck-chairs, tables and umbrellas. Furthermore, there is a large covered parking area in the courtyard.
